Terms & Conditions:

All indoor and outdoor events are subject to a maximum of 8 hours – starting at the chapel time. The cut-off time is 2 a.m.
An additional cost of R1000 (venue & bar – EXCLUDING DJ) will be charged per additional hour, after the set 8 hours. No later than 2 a.m.
During load shedding hours if we need to run a generator a cost of R1000 per hour will be charged after set 8 hours

Rules:

SETUP TIME:

Friday between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. ONLY. Extra charges after 2:00 p.m.

STRICTLY:
– NO after-parties will be allowed in chalets.
– NO alcohol other than that provided by ATILA will be allowed to be brought in or consumed at/on ATILA. There is a cash bar.
– You will be fined and forfeit your deposit if any alcohol is brought onto our premises without permission.

ATILA reserves the right to check/search all cars and bags of anybody entering our premises for alcohol or drugs as we see fit.
ATILA reserves the right to remove anybody, not adhering to our rules, or misbehaving, from our premises at any time.
We do not allow day visitors unless prior arrangements have been made with Atila management.
Book in time from 2 pm. Book out time strictly 10 am. You will be charged R200 per hour per chalet for early check-ins and late check outs (per chalet).
