Facilities:

Stone Chapel with white or gold Tiffany chairs 
Indoor: Dinning room, louge, bar with pool table
Outdoor: Outdoor ceremony area, outdoor pre-drinks lounge, outdoor dinning area, outdoor cigar lounge, boma, pizza oven, Braai’s, swimming pool and play area

Catering Equipment:
Bain Maries, ice buckets, fridges, freezers, urn & braais.

Décor: (headcount Dependent):
Naked tables, white, gold or grey chairs, runners, glassware, cups & saucers, Silver, gold, black or rosegold cutlery. Black, white or mixed crockery, napkins and inhouse décor.

Secure on site parking

Accommodation:
R550ppn. We also have the option of 5 extra mattresses @R300pppn. We can discuss this at a later stage as to quantities. We sleep 40 (beds) plus the 5 mattresses and there are many other places within a 1-4km radius from our farm. (
Minimum stay of 1 night for at least 37 guests is compulsory)

Additional Services:

We offer breakfast the following morning at an additional fee.
We offer dinner the night before which can be discussed at an additional fee.
Outdoor pre-drinks lounge and outdoor cigar lounge with stylish furniture at an additional cost of R1500

Additional Service Providers:
Catering, Waiters, Barmen, Photographer, Flowers, Invitations & Wedding planner etc

Terms & Conditions:

Events are subject to maximum of 8 hours. Cut off time is 12pm.

  • Indoor facilities
    Main hall, Lounge and Bar closes at 12pm sharp unless prior arrangements have been made.
    Bar – A additional cost of R500 will be charged to keep the bar open from 12pm till 1am.
  • Outdoor facilities
    Stoep area will be made available after 12pm at a cost of R500 per hour. Not later than 2am.
    R1000 per hour will be charged after from 2am onwards.
    During loadshedding hours if we need to run a generator a cost of R1500 per hour will be charged after 12pm
  • Rules:

STRICTLY:
NO after parties will be allowed in chalets.
NO alcohol other than provided by ATILA will be allowed to be brought in or consumed at/on ATILA. There is a cash bar.
You will be fined and forfeit your deposit if any alcohol is brought onto our premises without permission.

ATILA reserves the right to check/search all cars and bags of anybody entering our premises for alcohol or drugs as we see fit.
ATILA reserves the right to remove anybody, not adhering to our rules, or misbehaving, from our premises at anytime.
We do not allow day visitors unless prior arrangements have been made with Atila management.
Book in time from 2pm. Book out time strictly 10am.

  •  Compulsary fees:
  1. Setup/Breakdown fee R3500
  2. On the day Co-Ordinator manager/floor manager for the duration of event R3500.
  3. Cash bar – Friday and Saturday R2000
  4. A REFUNDABLE damage deposit of R4500 payable in advance. This covers both Venue and Accommodation.
  5. Waiters (if applicable)
  6. Decorators fee (if applicable)
  7. 25% Deposit payable to secure booking date.
  8. 50% payable 6 months before event date. 

Balance payable 3 weeks before event date.

COVID REGULATION DATE CHANGES 

Due to Covid Restrictions, we allow 1 date change to another available date.
